What is your return or refund policy?

- Assistance with Application Challenges:
We recognise that Gel Nail stickers are relatively new nail technology and mastering the application may require some practice. If you are experiencing difficulties such as stiffness of the stickers or early lifting , we encourage you to reach out to us. Our dedicated team is here to help you.
We will guide you through a series of questions to pinpoint the cause of any issue you may be facing. More often than not, we find that the proper nail prep and application techniques can significantly improve your experience an results.
- Defective or Damaged Products: In rare cases of receiving genuinely damaged or defective gel nail stickers, be assured that we will promptly address the issue. Your satisfaction is our priority. Contact us, and we will swiftly arrange a replacement or refund of the affected product. We stand by the quality of our product and strive to meet high standards.

Returns:
Our policy is 7 days. If more than 7 days have gone by since receipt of goods, unfortunately we can’t guarantee you a refund or exchange.
Please choose carefully as we do not accept change of mind returns or exchanges.
All purchases are final.
Refunds (if applicable):Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of the above and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Sale items (if applicable): All sale items including bundles (i.e. The Starter Kit) are non-refundable. Only full priced items may be refunded (if applicable) unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- Exchanges (if applicable):We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, send us an email
- Unfortunately, we do not accept returns and exchanges for change of mind. A full refund of the item will be provided if there is a manufacturing defect in the product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping a product back to us valued over $75, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Standard delivery in Australia is free for all orders above $99.
For Australian orders below $99, the delivery costs will be shown at checkout.
Your order will be shipped via Auspost within 1-3 business days. Once we've shipped your order, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.

If you need your order within the next few days, we do offer an express shipping option via Australia Post (1-3 business days delivery if no delays) and a rush order fee of $5 to have your order dispatched the next business day. Returns
We have a 7 day refund policy if your order arrives broken or faulty in undamaged packaging, to which a replacement will be shipped out free of charge or broken/faulty item refunded.
If you've taken up Shipping Protection, it'll cover packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit.
